An Update on what I've been up to: Healing and the Systemic
I recently shared with my newsletter audience an update as to where my energies have been recently.
Having done so, I now feel compelled to share the key content of that newsletter here as a blog post.
I feel that because the content connects with some of what I feel are important considerations for those of us who wish to consciously engage in the world today.

Where Have I Been? And the System We Are In...
Firstly, I have been continuing offering 1-to-1 sessions, working with individuals experiencing loss, abandonment, feelings of anxiety or who simply want to grow as a human being, for example and supporting these courageous individuals to connect with Essence, and to process unresolved emotional baggage.
As well as 1-to-1 sessions, I have also been engaging with change-making in the ecosocial context.
I'm keen to continue working 1-to-1, and I'm also reflecting and being open to how this work can sit within the interplay of the socio-cultural systems we exist in: how these wider systems contribute to our beliefs, conditioning, and wounds - while also how these systems and structures can have the potential to support individual and collective healing, if these systems have a degree of wholeness.
Simultaneously, I am aware that our own healing and conscious outer engagement has the potential to positively affect the wider system.
One of the wider systems some of us may exist in, are organisations we work in, whether paid or voluntary. An organisation's culture, and its systems and processes, will affect those of us in the organisation: how we work together, and also our physical and psycho-emotional health - yet only a few organisations are willing to turn the mirror to reflect on themselves in an honest, open and inclusive way, whereby the different voices within the team or organisation are heard.
Some of my energies has been directed along this vein, supporting organisations feeling stuck, or experiencing tensions to use their 'mirror' and engage in this essential work.
Through creating enquiry-centred, facilitated spaces, where voices, (especially marginalised and also mainstream), can be heard, underlying tensions are allowed to surface (rather than fester), and the needs of an organisation are more fully revealed.
This sets up a foundation where the tensions, now visible, can be worked through consciously, and processed.
This dialogue and processing helps heal relationships, and informs changes to existing processes so they can be more wholesome and more aligned to a deeper sense of purpose and belonging for all members of the team.
While many organisations continue in a dysfunctional paradigm of power-over, so do the current dominant systems in wider society. I am noticing more people reflecting on where to focus energies at this time of multiple crises - crises that I see as being borne out of the pathological nature of the dominant systems we exist in - indicating a call for a radical transformation at this systemic level.
Thus, I believe the work is needed at all three levels:
the level of the individual
the level of teams and organisations
the wider systemic level
…knowing they all inter-relate.
As we each have a finite capacity and time, one level may take more of a precedent at any given moment, and we will need to listen to our own wisdom on choices and decisions we are to take.

Here are the current main offerings via Restorative Wholeness:
1-to1 Emotional Breakthrough Package, typically over about five weeks online (via zoom).

It is designed to help with the gentle release of emotional blocks and the integration of changes into your life over a longer period of time.

One Hour Initial Consultation: There is now a nominal £20 fee for an initial consultation (1 hr). This was previously free, and that used to work well in the past, but has worked less well recently. The new system is proving to work better.
