Re-energise your business with emotional decluttering (Brighton)
Ever feel overwhelmed with work, like you’re in a slump and can’t get motivated?
This can cause us to lose the meaning and purpose in our work, making us less productive and more likely to make poor decisions. Over time that can leave us feeling down and anxious about our work.
This Bite-sized session will help you release your emotional clutter, to start making better business decisions, have more motivation at work and generally improve your mental and emotional wellbeing.
The session will tackle business situations where you’re feeling stuck, have lost the purpose in what you’re doing or are feeling anxious about making decisions or moving forward.
